No contracts. No tech headaches.
You have questions — fair enough. Here are straight answers to what trade owners ask before they sign up.
How fast can I be up and running?
When will I go live?
I already have a website — now what?
Do I need any tech skills?
A 30-minute kickoff call, your business details (service area, hours, services offered, pricing if you want it on the site), a few photos if you have them (we can use stock if not), and the number you want forwarded to the AI receptionist. That's it. Everything else is on us.
Most clients are live in 7 to 14 days from sign-up. We handle every step — AI training, calendar connection, call routing, website build, brand assets. You don't touch a line of code. The only thing we need from you is a 30-minute kickoff call and a few business details.
None. If you can read a text message, you're qualified. We set everything up and show you exactly what to expect before day one.
VOICE & CALLS
Will it actually sound human?
Does the AI sound like a robot?
Does it work after hours and on weekends?
Which trades does this work for?
No. It's trained on real trade conversations — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping — and speaks naturally. Callers typically can't tell the difference. We'll demo it for you on the strategy call so you can hear it before you commit.
Yes. 24/7, every day. Most missed jobs happen at 6 a.m., during dinner, and on Saturday mornings — exactly when nobody's at the office. That's when the AI is doing its best work.
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, handyman — if your phone rings and you're on a job site, this was built for you.
What do you actually need from me to get started?
We can integrate the AI receptionist into your existing site, or rebuild from scratch as part of the package. Either way, one flat monthly bill covers everything. If your current site is doing the job, we'll keep it and just connect the phone system. If it's holding you back, we'll replace it.
WEBSITE & DOMAIN
What's included with the website?
Who owns my website?
Who owns my domain?
What if I want a "premium" domain?
You do. The content, the brand, the design — it's yours. We host it and manage updates as part of your monthly subscription, but you're not renting your own business identity from us.
Standard .com registrations (typically $10–$50/year) are included in your setup. If you want a premium domain — one that's over $50/year — we'll quote you the cost from the registrar plus a $50 service fee to handle the purchase. You'll always know the cost before we buy anything.
You do. If you bring your own domain, it stays in your account. If we register a new domain for you, we set it up under your business name from day one. If you ever leave us, the domain goes with you.
You can, but you don't have to — and most clients don't. Monthly content updates are included in every plan. Email or text us what you want changed, and it's done within a few business days. No logging into a dashboard, no learning a builder.
Can I update the site myself?
BRAND & PRINT
What's in the brand kit?
What does the brand kit actually include?
Do you actually print the materials, or just design them?
I already have a logo. Can I keep it?
A custom logo, a color palette, font selections, and print-ready design files for the materials you need: yard signs, truck magnets or vehicle decals, fliers, door hangers, and business cards. Everything is delivered as ready-to-print files, plus web-ready versions for your site and social profiles.
Both options are available. By default, we deliver the design files and you place the print order yourself (Canva Print, Vistaprint, a local printer — your choice). If you'd rather have us manage the print order for you, we charge a $15–$35 service fee on top of the printer's cost to handle ordering, proofing, and shipping coordination. Most clients do the first round with us, then handle reorders themselves.
Yes. If you have a logo you like, we'll build the rest of the brand kit around it. We'll let you know if there are technical issues (low resolution, hard-to-print colors) and offer to clean it up — but we won't push a redesign you don't want.
What does this actually cost?
Are there any hidden fees?
Do I have to sign a contract?
What if I want to cancel?
Your AI receptionist and website go offline at the end of your billing period. If we registered a standard domain for you, you can transfer it to your own registrar (we'll help with the transfer process). If you brought your own domain, or if you purchased a premium domain through us, it stays yours — you never lose it.
No. The setup fee and monthly subscription are the only standard charges. The only add-ons are things you specifically ask for — extra crews on multi-crew routing, premium domains, or managed print orders. Every cost is quoted up front before anything is charged.
Cancel anytime. Your subscription runs month to month, and you can stop service at the end of any billing period. We don't lock you in because we shouldn't have to. If the system isn't working for your business, that's our problem to fix — not yours to be stuck with.
What happens after I cancel?
You'll sign a simple Service Agreement when you start — it covers what we're delivering, the monthly rate, and how cancellation works. There's no long-term commitment. You can cancel at the end of any billing period with no penalty.
PRICING & CONTRACTS
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
No, and here's why: we put real hours into setup before you ever see results. What we offer instead is honest cancellation. If the system isn't working, you don't stay locked in — you cancel and walk away. We'd rather earn your confidence month to month than promise refunds we'd have to fight over.
Still on the fence? Let's talk for 20 minutes.
No pitch deck, no pressure. You'll know by the end of the call whether this is right for your business.
